Gate manufactures Aluminium and Stainless Steel requirements typically used by architects during building design. We design and manufacture perforated Sheets, Metal Facades, Art Work, Wall Curtains, Rails, Separators etc. in Aluminium and Stainless Steel.
Offering
We work closely with architects and help them realize a concept to reality. Architects leverage on our strong engineering and metals manufacturing/sourcing expertise when the engagement starts. We design architectural mesh patterns to meet your specific requirements from aluminium, stainless and carbon steel on a custom order basis from a variety of available tooling patterns. Products can be supplied based on the colour and coating requirements for the project.
Our architectural industry metal fabrication capabilities include 2D Laser Cutting that offers the accuracy and speed necessary for performing repetitive jobs. Our high-speed CNC presses can produce holes as fast as 500,000 per minute. Our presses can be programmed with your exact requirements to provide unique perforated metal. Extrusion process is used for the manufacture of all types of rails used in buildings.
SOLAR
Solar industry is a complex land scape with rapidly changing product innovations and pro federal/state incentives to promote renewables. We are proud to announce that the team at Gate has designed and manufactured solar racking systems for over 6 GW of projects in the last decade. We understand the industry and the rapidly changing eco-system around it. We have helped numerous companies execute complex projects through our in-depth understanding of the field.
ON-GRID SOLAR
We offer project engineering and contract manufacturing for large scale utility grade projects. Due to highly repetitive numbers of the same structure we design each member to suit roll forming manufacturing. Our in-house automated rolling mills are capable of handling over 5000 MT of steel per month. Special grade coatings are used on steel to ensure corrosion protection for 25 years. To cater to the increased demand and the requisite of shorter lead times we stock Raw Material of 0.9mm, 1,2 mm, 1.5mm and 2mm thickness steel sheets.
RESIDENTIAL SOLAR
Residential Solar in the US is the segment where real innovation in racking is happening. We have supported multiple clients in designing and contract manufacturing racking systems for flat roofs, pitched roofs, Shingles, Metallic roof etc. Our engineering team was instrumental in reducing costs by decreasing the amount of materials consumed in the systems.
We offer Aluminium Flashings, Aluminium extruded rails with value addition, Accessories, Stainless Steel Fabrication upto 10 mm thickness, Steel Rolling, Aluminium Pressure Die Casted Materials etc for clients operating in the segment.
OFF-GRID SOLAR
This segment of solar deals with project which are in remote locations or do not have access to reliable grid power. The scope for engineering is immense and we are supporting clients operating in the Recreational Vehicle (RV), Solar Water Pumps, Solar Street Lights, Solar Generators also know as Skid Systems, etc.
We offer stainless steel fabricated accessories, Steel Roll formed material, Aluminium Pressure Die Casted Materials, Laser Cutting, Press Break Sheet enclosures, Welding etc.
