Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and maintaining production schedules to meet customer orders and production targets.
• Help track the progress of orders through the production process, ensuring timely completion.
•  Support the implementation of MRP systems to ensure materials are available when needed for production.
• Assist in coordinating with the procurement team to ensure timely procurement of raw materials.
• Help plan production capacities to align with demand forecasts and customer requirements.
•   Assist in adjusting production schedules based on changes in customer demand or production constraints.
• Help monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.
•   Ensure optimal inventory turnover to prevent overstocking and reduce working capital costs.
•  Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth execution of production plans.
• Collaborate with the sales and procurement teams to align production schedules with customer orders and material availability.
•  Assist in tracking and analyzing production data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
•  Help prepare regular reports on production performance, order status, and inventory levels.
• Participate in identifying and implementing initiatives to improve production planning processes and reduce lead times.
• Suggest improvements for efficiency, cost-saving, and better resource utilization.
• Help prioritize customer orders based on urgency, production constraints, and requirements. Maintain accurate records of production schedules, customer orders, and production performance metrics.
• Ensure proper documentation and tracking of all production-related activities.

Qualification:

•  Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
•  Basic understanding of production processes and manufacturing operations.
