We’re seeking enthusiastic Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) to join our dynamic team. If you’re eager to learn, grow, and contribute to cutting-edge projects, this opportunity is for you!

Your Role as a GET:

As a GET, you’ll immerse yourself in the technical and operational aspects of manufacturing processes, focusing on production machinery and tool performance. You will work closely with senior engineers to gain practical experience while contributing to the efficiency and quality of our operations. Participate in the manufacturing process, ensuring product quality and production targets are met.

• Collaborate with the tool room team in designing to maintain and improve tool performance and reliability.
• Work on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to production and

• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in teams.

As part of our growing team, we are looking for a driven HR Executive who can help foster a positive work environment and ensure the smooth functioning of all HR operations.

Experience: 4 to 6 years.

Your Role as an HR Executive:

• Employee Engagement: Address employee queries and concerns with empathy, ensuring alignment with company policies. Support initiatives to foster a positive, productive workplace.
• HR Policy & SOP Development: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating HR policies and SOPs, ensuring they meet business needs and legal requirements.
• Compliance & Labor Laws: Monitor compliance with labour laws and ensure the consistent application of company policies across the organization.
• Performance Management: Support the performance review process, including goal-setting and feedback sessions. Assist in implementing performance improvement plans as needed.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Facilitate recruitment processes, assist with onboarding, and ensure new employees’ transition smoothly into their roles.
• Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate relevant development programs for employees.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases with confidentiality. Prepare HR reports, presentations, and dashboards for management review.
• Payroll & Benefits: Handle payroll coordination and administer employee benefits programs.

What You Bring:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels.
• A solid understanding of human resource management principles, best practices, and labour laws.
• Experience with HR software and systems is a plus.
